All good hereAll one has to do is read the NRs and SEDAR. This is a solid project that is hard to find in the medical/health care market today.
Today, margin calls are kicking in and those caught are forced to sell whatever else they have so we are seeing the fallout of in total markets world wide. Margin debt has risen to all time highs for the S&P 500 and has increased proportionate to the US Gov. debt, which is also at all time highs. I suspect that once we are through this 'bottleneck' it will be full steam ahead until the next correction. We will be expeirencing a lot more volatility from now on in the global markets, US and Canada. From what I am reading (I can't make all this stuff up) green will soon be in vogue again.
When you see the bobbleheds on CNBC saying that more margin is good because it means there is much more enthusiasm and optimism about investing, you wonder just how stupid they think the rabble is. When historic levels oof debt on the balance sheets of big banks is called 'assets' ... you know we are being bled until te last dollar out of mom and pop's pockets .... underwritten by forced low interest rates and nosebleed sub primce debt ... you know the glow on the horizon is not the sun coming up.
So, the best shot 'we' have is to invest in something solid and sell before the next big one ... your guess is as good as mine but I'm thinking later in the year.
As for the 'Radars' of the world, best hing is 'ignore'.
