Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. Peety, if your inclination is to vote "NO!" then don't listen to people who will tell you how wonderful it is to be crushed.
I'm not sure what funds hold ONC, I don't see any significant institutional participation.
The ONC management wants to do a financing on Nasdaq, because they can't attract a real partner to pay for the Phase 3. If they could deliver a real deal, I would be willing to consider a share consolidation.
They can't deliver.
