It's ok to ask questions when you don't know the answers but to badmouth the messenger and reject the message is ridiculous.  4 or 5 posts a day shows a level of agitation or obsessive compulsive disorder.
I try to be the voice of reason if I think a company is doing something less than working their business plan.  My concerns are the amount of shares and increasing sharefloat and what seems like continual fundraising to jump on board with somebody else and depend on their success which I describe as coat-tailing.
Lineage wasn't successful as a miner, or on their financing for the first deal in Nevada with EAT.
I like the fact that we are focused in California as a place to do it right because a lot of the other stuff isn't working out.  EAT has half-baked deals all over the place and needs more financing.  Layering in companies continually might fool foolish investors but wise investors shy away from throwing good money after bad.
There is a lot of ifs in the latest proposal imo but that is just my opinion.  You are entitled to your own.  Congratulations if you are in @ .08.  I got in @ .035 and my hope is for Jim Frazier putting this back on the rails by getting chocolates happening and other edibles which will be well received.  The vape competition is plentiful and will get less profitable due to competition.  Quality flavour and price will win the day and I have high hopes that we get some profit rolling in in the California market with high quality oil and edibles.  glty and dyodd.  ps. the more dd you do the better you sleep at night.
