We can agree to disagree. As I said, management initially reached out to me. Secondly, Namaste has the choice as to who they appease. Never claimed they must appease all. I'm certain the "why is the SP going down" emails are abruptly thrown in the trash. I've only made one inquiry and received a welcome detailed response. I won't share the rest of it though, you needn't worry. Lastly, I made it very clear that I am not expecting a reply and only if they had time to share a little insight etc etc. I respect your perspective and agree with most of it but not all.
