Wish you guys were nicer to geo. Someone needs to be devils advocate. The LOI :

Part of me feels like Lineage and Nutrtional High are the same company . Both are at 77 king street west suite 2905. Posner and the extraction& cultivation expert dude are both part of lineage .

I will need some clarification on some of my assumptions here . The LOI full of jargon.

Not sure about the dilution but Posner said he was focused on acquisitions in the webinar I am fairly sure.  

to me it sounds like nutritional high and lineage will help mt Baker in Washington , to get cultivation started in that state and perhaps get The Fli brand & lineage working throughout that state . 

Lineage & eat will help expand their facility in Colorado . Whether that means lineage growing craft cannabis in a grow area or what I am not sure . I feel like a craft / ultra high quality flower room fits with FLi and would only help their oils and brand long term .

The fellow from FLi mentioned having growers in each state in the future . So this kind of fits . A way for them to partner and enter the market with an established company.

i think total Lineage gives Eat 1 750 000 shares @ .25 worth 437 500 . Plus 75 000 cash . As well as a 5% royalty on all revenue up to a set date . Also stocking 20% of nutrtional product when / if a storefront is acquired .

The Put option 2.5 mill of convertible debentures from what I read is essentially a loan that nutritional high can be converted to shares  .

I feel like Lineage is / will be a part of nutritional high. Why they don’t just do all of this under the one company I don’t know . It does seem like an indirect way to go about it but part of it seems to make sense. The Lineage website looks & makes it sound promising . 

I know im missing something . Help a brother out ? Cheers all !
