Pretty much the facts I found also. Add in that NX Capital, which is Bouchard, had to be relisted in October for not filing financials for the NX Capital to complete the 6 million deal for Yunify.

The concept of topical creams and such are a great idea. EMH has done that by investing in a company that actually has topical creams and such. Could Boris not at least find find a partner that seems to present as something legit and not just a insider scam shell play?
