I don't have the powers to see the future so I can't exactly tell you there's no risk! BUT.... I can tell you that I also am aware of more locations that are projected to open in major cities this year alone that I know of, Remember there is a risk with everything but use your comin sense with what you know so far. I believe it's a good buy.
