Rocker66 wrote: Maybe some of you guys in Aussie Land can answer this question. Are they doing any work at Comets Well right now. It seems to me that in Hennigh's interview he said they wouldn't be working there until around the end of February. So does anyone know what they are doing over there right now.

Leo confirmed by mail that they started work at Comet Well at the end of januari.
He also said that they expect to give an update on it in three weeks.
And he said "hopefully" news on Purdy's this week (so i wouldnt really count on news today)

(E-mail sent at the beginning of this week)

Maybe it's just me, but I believe we have already received the NR concerning the Purdy's sample results.  It came this past Tuesday when they announced that "Novo Secures Test Plant for Processing Bulk Samples.  And more secifically, the statement:

"The Company’s previous news releases have described the nuggety nature of mineralisation at Purdy’s Reward and Comet Well. In gold systems containing a high nugget effect, the statistical impact of this means that a relatively large sample size is required to ensure the resultant assay grade is better representative of the surrounding material. In ongoing trenching works at the Company’s Karratha gold project, Novo will be excavating a series of 5 tonne bulk samples. Samples to date have mostly been in the range of around 300kg."

So despite all of Leo's lip service to the inquiries he receives, he is technically correct.  We got the news we needed this week about Purdy's samples.

Translation of the above NR:  Purdy's samples are non-representative and irrelevant.

There is your news.

Tx

Possible but i dont think so. Mabye they give Nagrom and ALS together... Just sent an email about it, will post when i get a reply.

Leo's response: "separate, and yes those results will be coming out soon."
