ACB 10.92 x 2.95 + 5.70 = 37.91 (anything under 12.65 will convert to cash component)

This mornings spread ~ $3.58

This should close to within $1 by the March closing. Still maintain there will be a push to get acb higher than 12.65 so 3.4 /share will be the choice and acb can save their cash. Still a few weeks to go...
