Not sure about OptiSar staff cuts but Deimos seems like a likely target given the aging sats.

I would add one scenario. A merger or takeover. One that would bring more expertise and management savvy to the table. When UR acquired Deimos we brought in highly qualified personnel as part of the package. I think UR could benefit from a reverse scenario. However, I would suggest this be done only after financing is completed. Just my 2 cents.
