My Concern!!!!
My Concern!!!!My concern is not with ROE, but with MEXICAN politics. If the frontrunner and big time socialist, OBRADOR is elected in JULY, his first act of business is to review all oil contracts. He also talks of nationalizing the industry. He might be talking garbage, but the people are starting to believe---- just like TRUMP. The retail investor thinks he might understand the market in a small way but politics always comes into play.
