If this thing hits a 9% yieldwhich it looks like it is going to do, I am going to have to buy in just on principle. Rates going up or not, acquisition or not, 9% is greater than the average annual increase in the S&P 500 since inception.
Sorry for the multiple posts everyone, just thinking out loud on the board and hoping somebody can shoot it down with good arguments about fundamentals or point out something I'm not seeing.
