Tks for posting arnulacroix23. Just read that response from the special committee (SC). A few of my initial impressions:
1) walter henry pulled a verbal dirty harry on EO,
2) EO is most likely on the outs (retirement?, quits? or fired?),
3) sprott's team looks to be fully in control,
4) market I think will like the certainty and firmness of the SC response,
5) things are moving quickly (i.e. BoD/SC meeting early next week)

I got a very good vibe from the SC response. Jmvho.
