RE:RE:RE:sp declining

RE:RE:RE:sp decliningOr at least give some details on the sale, why are you selling this business back to the old owners? Did they at least try to broker a sale to any other interested party? What does the sale have to do with the press release by Martello that they will try to alter the composition of the board?.

It's just very odd because the "founders" have tons of money in at $10, I wonder if they even care about the stock price? The volume is super low so the people selling under $4 make up less than 0.05% of the shareholder base. If the transaction goes through they will go from 96M shares to 70M shares and the book value will be about $8/share and EBITDA/share should be about $1....but who knows with these guys. They mention that they are "exploring opportunities to maximize S/H value" in the press release - does that mean offering $6/share eventually and abusing the minority investor?

Melman sold himself as a Onex managing partner that can create value for shareholders. Been laughable so far. Maybe his value of creating value is by screwing the retail shareholder for his and Acasta Capital's (management firm) benefit.
