Not sure how i got 4 stars, i know why you have 2 1/2 though. Thats all I'll say on this matter. I'm in at 1.17 , I don't get to excited about financing that is less than what i paid because I've been doing this for awhile and understand how the games are played. I also can smell bulls--- a mile away and I'm getting a whiff of it now. Good luck in your investing

Now the question is “then why do people buy a share that is being short”

the answer is that investors believe in the company and also they know that the SP will increase once the deal close.

Why does the SP go up when the deal close?

this is when the company has the money to proceed with their plan which will increase their value. Also, brokers want to make profits by excersing their warrant at a comfortable level.

How to get to that comfortable level?

if success, they will bring SP up high and short it down then use warrant to cover

this happen to all stocks. We are just part of it.
