I'm not here to save anyone :-) I'm just trying to figure out what is going on. GH made a good point that Probe Metals could make sense as a potential partner, and I'm simply sharing my research. However, you're right, there could very well be no deal.

The key points I have so far are the following, please dispute these if you find this as an error:
  • Alexandria's assets are significantly undervalued by the market
  • Alexandria's insider ownership appears to be below 1%
  • There is currently a major disagreement on the BoD
Everything else is speculaltion at this point with the following key questions.
  • What is the new resource update?
  • What is the disagreement about?
  • What are the strategic alternatives being explored?
  • Have bids been explored by the BoD?
If everyone finds my research not helpful, then I will be glad to stop posting and keep it private. :-)
