RE:RE:10% levy based on value of sale. WOW!!!...still masses will have a job to go to next day. Plus people from those poor countries should get back to theri country after they get educated abrod AND change the country..... be part of a solution rather then contribute to laying out Old path forward. 

Selfishness is a virtue but needs to be redirected from serving just self.  ( WOW! this is deeP!!)
