It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

I know they want to do a JV with an end user or strategic investor. My only concern is that they get a decent valuation. I do not want to give up too much of the mine to get it financed. I would rather sell some Gold Streaming rights, a little equity and some debt but get to keep 100% of NICO.
What are your thoughts?
