RE:PuzzledMy guess is that the circular will be filed and distributed this week.  Friday will mark 21 days until the scheduled vote; anytime not later is a normal period for seeking proxies.   The circular should provide information on how to vote shares.
 
If approved, things could start to move quickly.  GLTA!
