RE:RE:RE:RE:rightsThe letter does also say "each registered shareholder as at 5:00 pm Jan 26, 2018 may participate.  I assuming that I can buy based on my holdings at that point in time.  Besides I'm having the same problem with CIBC can seem to sell any so it is a moot point.  In for a penny....
