The CC is not moving fast;Which I think means they aren't going to decide in Tahoe's favor.
In one post a couple of weeks back, someone stated that the head of the CC is there to stop mining.
If the CC wanted to decide in Tahoe's favor, they could have done that already and the mine would re-start. So it's logical that they will continue to "study this complex case" because the CC continues its communist/curropt abjective, which has nothing to do with economics, taxes, exporting commodities inorder to receive US$ and help the country in general.
Why approach this subject, like most do on this board, using proper appication of the law, justice, or common sense; When when none of that applies here.
The CC wants to overturn the lower court.
A person would be better off investing in miming companies that only mine in safe jusitrictions, unless the CC Judges can buy call options and take finiancial possitions in Tahoe first, then validate The Guatemala Supream Court's decsion.
That would work just like Wall Sreet.
Anyway, it is all going communist/gangs & drugs/corruption in Mexico down to Columbia/Venezvela so don't go down there if you're from the U.S. or Canada, gingo.
