Sorry, I thought the AGM was in March - my mistake. Separate of that, I don't think you can use the roadmap of how David Baazov managed the original Rational purchase as any sort of guide for how such a similar mega-move would/might be handled by the current team and board.

Anyway, just saying, I still think that a mega-move such as the issue of $3B of new shares (or a similar change in shareholder position) or the raising of massive debt cannot be just blasted through without some sort of shareholder 'blessing ceremony', even if it is only a token one for appearances (and legality) sake.  And, that 'blessing ceremony' would require the issue of advance notices and the chance for ALL shareholders - even minnows like us - to feel like they've had their voices heard. The likelihood of legal problems would be too high to NOT follow such a protocol.

Again, just imho.
