This new one has not appeared on AZX webpage (only the first 2 were posted, late, on Monday 12 February after someone presumably raised the question with the company).

Alxdf was up a bit in the am but closed down.  Very few shares changed hands -- less than 20% of friday's volume.  Incidently, only 2K traded in last 2 hours of session.

Azx opened unchanged but quickly moved up a half-cent to cdn .085 where it stayed for the rest of the day.  Volume was extremely light compared to friday -- 95% less in fact.

Both stox had a low best bid and #,  with higher best ask and #.  Hardly anyone took the bait.

I was very pleasantly surprised to see the special committee (SC) issue another nr (after friday's).  This from a BoD that doesn't want to make any announcements or comments.  As currower alluded to this afternoon, it's almost like they really want to let shareholders know that they "are gratified by the significant interest people have expressed in AZX and our assets, and the support of our stakeholders to date.”   To me it sounds like:  a) important people most likely have expressed a buying interest in alexandria -- they want all or part of our assets; and b) by saying "our shareholders", the BoD is saying loud and clear that they (and sprott) are in charge.  Extremely bullish for sp.    

Gold and gold indices were up nicely.  The us$ was down.  And the dow looks poised to climb to its 50dma (25111)

Bottom-line:
Today's relatively very low volume in alxdf and azx told me 2 very important things: 
1.  No one was selling
2.  The sharks were testing your resolve

So what happens tomorrow?  I think both alxdf and azx will finish higher.  The mm idiots will probably continue to play games with the low #s on the best bid, and higher supply on the best ask.  Par for the course.  They may even 'sacrifice' some shares to shake you up.  Don't let the sharks rattle you.  By the end of the day I expect we'll be up.

So we'll see what happens.  Exciting times just ahead, folks.  Stand your ground.   Jmvho.
