The EL 1070 in Newfoundland is considered to be an exploration and evaluation asset, as it is still in the exploration stage. The Company’s Pratt County project is considered a developed oil and natural gas property. The Company’s subsidiary is Shoal Point U.S.A. Inc.

ellen my understanding is if you had 100,000 shares you would pay .002 cents per original share which would be $200, then your 100,000 would be divided by 25 leaving you with 4000 shares equivalent to .05 after consolidation + plus you would have 8000 shares now with rights exercised
