End of day manipulation

End of day manipulationwhen we have an up day on low volume, at the end of the day, a few trades in the last minute of trading, wipes out the days gains, and may even end in a loss. I have tried to buy in the last few seconds of the day to reverse this trend, but have been unsuccessful as my trade was not executed.
