Meetings

MeetingsSomeone at the company was able to confirm that a lot of the movement has been attributed to institutional investors that Lisa has been meeting with.  They've put in some large orders.

At least some of the meetings are with brokers and Reliq is having sales pitches in Texas towards the end of the month.
