I received the response Jan 31.

I assume that Health Canada is okay with the product as it is used in Europe so they are verifiying the actual capsule for safety.  I dont think it is a long process.  The Gel Capsules them selves would be equivalent to selling CBD oil so not a big deal in terms of what is in the capsule but they are looking to assure the capsule itself is safe.

Normally certain global health agencies will rely on each other for data and info... such as Health Canada the FDA and European health agencies.
