RE:Given all the explanations, my take on them is that it is aOSC is investigating Horizons. They were trading a worthless security as of late afternoon and they new it. Nothing to do with the vix. They had no direct exposure other than cash and an forward agreement with National bank. They kept trading and then revlaued to cover loss's on HVU which I believe they didnt have covered. IE; no futures contracts in place for the double exposure. No problem with the Vix just with Horizon's price fixing.
