RE:A couple takeaways from the NR Good point Pung!
Remember this news back in October! Do the math! Also, as mention on today's news, they are also in a prime spot; THIS IS LA bruh!
"approximately 16 miles from downtown Los Angeles"
Long-Term Bottling Facility
The Company is presently negotiating a lease agreement for a commercial property in Southern California that is designed to accommodate a capacity of 10-15 million bottles per year. The retail prices for Tinley’s retail products are expected to range from $6-30 per bottle. The Company also intends to offer co-packing and distribution services to third-party beverage companies to exploit any unused capacity on the new line. The Company intends to produce in its temporary facility until the long-term facility can be retrofitted and permitted in accordance with California state regulations, which are expected to be released in November.

Reading this tells me they can more than double their size as the company grows. It shows they are forwar thinking and see growth over time.
They also have the bility to do different bottles and caps to cover theor own bottling needs but also those of other cmpanies that want to lease lines from TNY once production is up and running. More revenue streams for the cpmpany and even possible partnerships.
The lines will allow for both carbonated and non carbonated whch opens the door to not just liguor flavored drinks but also pop-style beverages for a more mainstream audience. It also brings in more potential bottlers of cannabis drinks wishing to cracj the THC pop market.
I also like the ability to run a testing facility to create new flavoutrs and beverages as the market opens up. Again, forward thinking and it shows that people bigger than TNY see this moving fast in an everchanging market.
Temp Facility.
We now have the ability to begin moving into the new facilty and start the processes towards full production of TNY27 with all municipal permitting in place and our Certificate to Occupy for manufacturing cannabis products.
We have now applied for the state license after receiving our municipal licenses. A formality at this point IMO.
We are there.
