RE:My guess about the Samsung dealNegative....I asked the company that very question about the patent and was told as soon as the patents were filed and applied for it is game on....even though they are still "pending" the patents have the full protections so any deal would not be affected by the "pending status". It could take up to 3 years or so for a patent to become "offically approved" once applied for....I also agree and hope that "AMY will still be able to license the tech to other companies and not be soley exclusive to Samsung if that deal were to happen. " If this isnt the case...Samsung better pay up BIG TIME for our tech... I see us licensing our tech and partnering with Umicore....Umicore can already disassemble batteries which we cannot do and we have the tech Umicore needs to get the material out of the batteries....Umicore already has the facilites to rock and roll too....
