myself I don't know enogh about this to comment but Bigoil maybe you can educate me on how the process works. If it is a day to patch and preset the  imagine the trick is to find the leak and that is where they are having trouble. So how do you know where the leak is? How do they identify that it is a  leak as opposed to sitting in a pocket of water? Do they use sonar to identify density?
Just trying to get a better understanding of what is involved here.
