It's like I said,,  like being cought between a rock and a hard place when you have 480 million shares out at this stage of development. The dilution in placing $20 million in PP will not leave anything for small shareholders,,,  we get the shaft !

Sell cheap shares to Eric Ownes or buyout at a discount, markets see the blood in the water and that is how you get a company in trouble.   IMHO
