Will Tahoe go bankrupt?

Will Tahoe go bankrupt?I was introduced to Tahoe by my friend Bastille, and I'm thinking of buying at these all time lows, but I just have a few questions before I do.

1) Is Tahoe in danger of going bankrupt anytime soon due to the Escobal shutdown?
2) Is there any hope in the horizon that the Escobal situation will be resolved, and that the mine will be up and running again? If so, what would be the potential timeframe?
