RE:RE:One last comment for now

RE:RE:One last comment for nowThe other sign was Seaberg leaving Jan 10th.

I looked at his Linkedin. 10 years!!! at Newmont until 2013 before joining Klondex.

He was even VP of Investor Relations at a company like Newmont is HUGE for 3 years.

Despite all the sh*t people said about Seaberg how he would not communicate etc., the guy was VP of Investor Relations at a public co. like Newmont - great accomplishment for any resume.

He must have known things would sour and did not want to associate with KLDX anymore to taint his record. Another sign looking back...sad.

Just to add to this. They knew in early January they would never run the 15,000 GEOs thru Midas Mill. Why is now very clear:

On January 11th or whenever it was, when they disclosed the short-fall of True North guidance that would be between 24 K and 27 K GOEs, they needed to get this bad news out then because they must have already known they'd be delivering more bad news come time for the actual production results (Jan 31st).

Had both these pieces of bad news been released at the same time, the SP would have been destroyed. At least after TN news was released on Jan 11th, shares still closed over $ 2.10 USD. They were able to then keep shares between $ 2.13 USD to $ 2.35 USD for 2.5 weeks' time until delivering the ultimate horrific news on Jan 31st of actual Q4 production results.

Well construed. It all makes sense looking back at the timeline.

Pushing the inevitable press release out as far as possible to try to recapture some share price appreciation BEFORE putting out the press release.

Notice how they said they would put out Q4 and Full year 2017 results out on February 7th and then completely turned that around by releasing evening of Jan 31st (another complete LIE...again) when SP had climbed back to around $ 2.28 USD. They wanted to get SP as high as possible before whipping out the horrible news.

Now earnings are pushed all the way until March 15th, 2018....why.... to see if the SP has any chance to regain some ground before more horrific news will punish it down 10 % more. Better it can trend back up to $ 2.00 USD then hit it with 10 % down versus releasing earnings around $ 1.60 USD level.

This is an eerie pattern I have noticed the past couple of months. This is despicable. I have never seen anything like this.
