Excellent explanation "Shortcall" of this flawed Horizons instrument. The securities may want to review your logic and your account of events in which buyers of HVI were defrauded last Monday afternoon just prior to market close and prior to market open on Tuesday.  Essentially, HVI had already collapsed when the posted values before close on Monday were 'still' showing a range of approximately $12.50 to $13.40 when markets closed.  Good work 'Shortcall'.
