Somebody understands the market . People really need to realize Market makers, institutions and hedges short . Especially in bought deal circumstances. Why do you think every time there's a bought deal the price goes down . They always make $ both ways because they have all the advantages of knowing short positions with level 3 . The market is designed to take the retail investors $ if your short term trader . Beating them is difficult. Seems like every time I get positive on a trade and set a stop loss , they find a way to hit it . Then send the price above it . Trick is to set a new bid in advance just below your stop loss in case of a dump  . This also doesn't assure a fill either . Markets are crooked so play safe and gamble what you can afford to loose . That or buy and hold long term ,if you believe in the company. Years later if your DD was correct you will make profit . Good luck ,happy trading or holding . The SP should trade sideways until all this dilution works itself into the share price . IMO
