Share price isn't indicative of the value of the company. Insiders have more skin in the game and they wouldn't settle for a low ball offer. All the Canadian small caps I hold are not getting any bids. I hold Espial, no debt with over a $1 a share is cash and have signed many customers over the last 6 months and it can't get any bids. Canada small caps suck for the time being....
