RE:RE:Economic Consequences of Announcing Strategic Alternatives

RE:RE:Economic Consequences of Announcing Strategic AlternativesGH,

I know the uncertainty and lack of details have been excrutiating for everyone, especially when we had the expectation of a resource estimate by the end of January. I think an additional news release by the BoD, outside of the RE, would be helpful, because EO is filling the "vacuum" with his perspective. I'm not sure what the reasons are for the quiet period, but I think the resource estimate is required before expecting us to determine the best path moving forward.

We deserve the right to make to make an informed decision, and we should make the decision solely on the merits of what is being offered. Anything else will be unethical in my eyes, but I have not seen any reason to worry about this yet. You are correct that staying independent is still a possible option, and it might be the preferred option if alternative deals are not optimal for shareholder value. We must stay open minded throughout this process.

The key point is Alexandria's assets are significantly undervalued by the market, and I increasingly believe this will be rectified sooner rather than later.
