RE:301+120 or more ?

RE:301+120 or more ?The results this evening are perhaps the most important of any quarter in determining whether the growth story is real. The marketing stream has been fully implemented and needs to show strong growth. The capital streams need to continue its growth.

I was very encouraged by the top 3 at INP buying significant numbers of shares early last year. But I'm still concerned and discouraged that the CFO quickly unloaded 200,000 shares as the share price started to accelerate in December. The speed at which he sold the shares killed the rally. It made no sense unless he felt it was his one opportunity to unload shares at a higher price.

I'm also somewhat concerned how this lightly traded stock had such high volumes on a single day a couple of weeks ago. 50K shares were being put up for bid and ask many multiple times during that day with little effect on the stock price. It was as though it was being coordinated by sellers and buyers who knew each other. Contrast that kind of volume we have most days and we've had this week. A 50K share bid/ask could move the stock 10 cents this week but on that day it wouldn't move it more than a penny or two.

I am cautiously optimistic but if results are poor then I may follow the CFO's lead and sell quickly.
