RE:RE:RE:RE:Gold up.. PVG is down another 4 %The way I discussed before is that the development muck was the most typical and representative to date. 1200L was under representative. Mining companies do not want to hold shares in other companies through up and down market cycles, not a part of their business plan. SSR sold well before the Q4 grade timing, back when there was a high probability the shares would go through another financing before mine completion, and back when they wanted to make up for a low earnings report. ZIJN, yes jumped out the door, but they will not jump back in, their business is to produce metals, not to look for trades in the markets.
It is not easy for a major company to walk in and buy this. The grade is not confirmed by drilling, but calculated from a model. Individual shareholders can each put some money into this, but to ask the CEO of a company to put a billion plus at risk, when the grade depends on how points were matched to a curve, there is a leap of faith required. Brent Cook's partner on youtube said they would only be interested in a company that could be a buyout target, but I think that is a false complaint, since there is nothing wrong with a company not having received buyout offers, and that can all change in a couple years once there are more souces of confirmation.
