The truth, behind Dr. Wei-Tek Tsai
Background* Dr. Wei-Tek Tsai has been a Director at St Georges Platinum and Base Metals Ltd. since February 04, 2014. Dr. Tsai is a Professor of Computer Science and Engineering in the School of Computing, Informatics and Decision Systems Engineering at Arizona State University. He is a Member of Advisory Board at ThreeD Capital Inc. since January 9, 2018. He worked for the University of Minnesota from 1985 to 2000, serving as director of graduate studies in the department of computer science and engineering. In China, he initiated the first academic laboratory dedicated to blockchain research and education in China at Beihang University's School of Computer Science and Engineering. He has written more than 500 papers in software engineering, service-oriented computing, cloud computing and blockchains. He received his B.S. from Computer Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology at Cambridge in 1979 and M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of California at Berkeley in 1982 and 1986, respectively.
