RE:In the REDSStoktikk mentioned on the 12th that the financing is supposed to close on the 21st. It was also mused that they could be in a blackout period as well because of this. My best guess is that this is part of the reason since there is no news to generate interest along with no buying by insiders. 
Time will tell.
