RE:Recent bought dealRemember: these deals don't just get signed over night. They could take months of negotiation. And ECS was trading around $1.10 only three months ago. So the price could be already set before the SP went to $2. 
And yes, I think this is the Chinese company buying the shares. Lots of Chinese ppl on their forum are already talking about this news release.
