MD&A Jan 29th says 10mil pp at $2.80 filled?

MD&A Jan 29th says 10mil pp at $2.80 filled?The management discussion and analysis January 29th lists the 10 million dollar (3,571,000 share) pp as ‘fully subsrcibed’ (CSE website, “MD&A 2ndQtr Nov 30 2017” top of page 3). Did I miss an nr about this? Why have we heard nothing. I was worried about this getting filled as cannabis stocks/whole market have been wild recently. The biggest worry for me with MYM is having enough cash to get their projects done. Any thoughts on why they haven’t released any nr about pp closing? This is good news to me, why no nr?
