RE:RE:MD&A Jan 29th says 10mil pp at $2.80 filled?Despite the fact the sp was over $3 often $4 all of January (minus 2 days intraday low below $3). Feb  1st was first close under $3 after pp was announced. What is the process then ‘negotiating with pp holders to agree on a price’? Virgin territory for me can you please explain it to me how it would now work?
