RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What is it going to take?Stocky, I don't think the intention is to run it 24/7 to mirror commercial production at a mini scale. I think each testing period is done with specific parameters for a limited timeframe, then the results are analyzed and lessons extracted. They probably could run it non-stop and produce more but the intent is to apply lessons learned to the Pilot Plant.
On a different note, I think the fact that they are again increasing yield, using low purity feed, and getting 3n+ purity with a 1/250 scale model bodes very well for what is possible at the Pilot Plant (gen3) stage. What they are achieving with a machine that maxes out at +/-15% production yield is impressive. This tells me that when they have the 200TPY machine running results will be considerably better.
I believe solar grade silicon will be achieved at the Pilot Plant, and today's news again shows that 3N+ scaled would be a worst case commercial scenario which will still be profitable to shareholders. Good luck longs.

Unfortunately we will have to wait for this to happen, but if it does, we will all be well rewarded. It's far to soon to think about sales contracts until we can actually fill them. Patience required here.
Does it seem odd to anyone that a 1/250 scale Gen 2 system should be doing about 800,000 grams a year or about 3200 a day?
