Great posts !

Great posts !Nice to read some great post added in the last week by you guys!

Moulouk, I hope Vicky answers your questions. I would add that instead of pointing negatively in Kiril's direction, we would be interested to know what she would have done to make GMA a success if she was still involved (kind of JKF question)

Now another thing I want to discuss:  Distribution of KTR shares

Even if  we easily find on SEDAR the following information, some keep talking about a 1 KTR share  for 16 GMA  share dividend ratio (0.0625)

. The number of shares to be distributed to shareholders and the date of distribution will be determined by the Board of Directors at the appropriate time.

At that time, KTR shares were trading at 0.12 and we were expecting a 5 000 000 shares distribution.  Simply put, we were offered a 600 000.$ gift

Now that KTR is on the move with a share price around 0.55, my opinion is that GMA has a golden opportunity to do two things really quick (if they ever knew what quick means) with the same 5 000 000 KTR shares that were initially proposed:

1- Distribute 1 600 000 KTR shares to GMA patient shareholders at a ratio of 1 KTR per 50 GMA share, which is a bonus of about 50% in money (1 600 000 x 0.55 = 880 000.$)

2- Sell 3 400 000 KTR shares  to a strategic partner that could be interested in developping the Mitchi copper project with Kintavar. That would give GMA nearly 2 000 000$ of fresh cash to continue their other projects (Innord & Montviel) All of this would solve a big financing problem and avoid dillution for GMA

GLTA !
