The Holdings segment includes investments in Clear Media Limited, Kognitiv, as well as minority investments in various public company securities and limited partnerships.

Contrarian plays like these ones are often great value because of the ambiguity. If there was a clear set path it wouldn't be such a great bargain. Like you siad though... there are so many directions it can go and the risk of a bankrupcy is so small that this make a easy decision to buy.
