RE:RE:Will Stans Energy Ever Be a Viable Company?

RE:RE:Will Stans Energy Ever Be a Viable Company? Thanks for the response, but it doesn't answer the question. Forget about the settlement. Will Stans ever become a mining company? If so, it will start to get some bids in anticipation of this. So far, the announcements the company has made with respect o the partnership with Rosatom has received a HO HUM, WHO CARES response from the market. To me, that means the market doesn't believe Stans Energy will ever become a viable company...otherwise, there would be some buyers on the lithium partnership news.

The question shareholders need to know is what happens if Stans wins and the Kyrgyzstan government  make an offer to settle . Who gets paid first , Stans or  Calunius, and who makes that decision.
If the contract states that Calunius makes the decision to accept the settlement offer from Kyrgyzstan they get paid first and there may be nothing left for Stans shareholders. A moral victory for Stans that cost $20,000,000.
