RE:RE:Why 750,000 Shares to Purple Haze???????Diligent - the issue is that Nutritional High DECEIVED shareholders by press-releasing that they LAUNCHED the Jimi Hendrix line...they NEVER launched any Hendrix products. The fact that the PR was released prior to the lawsuit is immaterial.
The very idea that NH would enter into an agreement with Purple Haze in the first place is mind-boggling. What poor judgment and extreme lack of competence on behalf of David Posner and Adam Szweras who is actually a lawyer. If NH had done their due diligence on Purple Haze, they would have discoverd that they were sued for infringement of the Hendrix trademarks WAY BACK in 2008. The President of Purple Haze is a real scumbag. NH should have some RECOURSE for being deceived by Purple Haze.
